Maharshi Dayanand University, popularly known as MDU, is ranked 38th by NIRF 2024 for Pharmacy and 35th under the State Public University by NIRF 2024 and is approved by the University Grants Commission (UGC). The university is also ranked 96th by the NIRF 2023 under the University (Overall) category. Located in Rohtak, Maharshi Dayanand University was established in 1976 under Haryana Act No. 25 of 1976 and is accredited with an A+ Grade by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC).
